"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by the agency. My agent, who inherited my account from Susan Monaghan, has been unresponsive to my inquiries. Despite multiple attempts to contact him, he has not returned my calls or been available at the office. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State Farm Corporate office. I strongly advise against using this agency due to the negative experience I have had."
